Where his father once forged horseshoes, the inn and forge merged in 1992 to form a harmonious unit - the Gasthof & Restaurant DORFSCHMIEDE.
Many a mighty anvil and the cozy forge fire give the restaurant a homely, pleasant flair. With its winding corners and cozy nooks, every guest is sure to find "their" place. The culinary focus is on regional specialties prepared with cider and pears. The terrace is popular for barbecues in summer.
