Pfarrkirche Brunn am Gebirge, St. Kunigunde
Church
Description
The Brunner parish church, a unique building made of sand-lime brick from the Vienna Woods, with Gothic buttresses, windows and portals, presents itself today as it was completed in 1522.The baroque interior was donated by Count Juan Hyacintho Vasquez and his relatives at the beginning of the 18th century. The "Brunner Singertor", which resembles the Singertor of St. Stephen's Cathedral, and the relief of the Mount of Olives on the southern exterior of the church are noteworthy.
